On window replacement we start out by removing your old window by either cutting away siding around window or by collapsing the frame if they’re aluminum framed windows. We then inspect for surface or structural rot, mold or mildew.  We remove and replace rotted sections and kill all mold or mildew.

After prepping the surface our journeymen craftsman carefully install the new custom windows in the openings.  We offer either flanged or flangeless installation.

Note:  On Flanged installation we typically remove your interior casing and replace the old or replace with new for an updated look. 

Upon installing the window, we spray in non-expanding foam insulation around the window and then caulk and seal using 75 year XTRABond 9500 enhanced polyurethane caulking. 

We offer multiple trim styles around the window and always include a drip edge (“Z” metal) for a no leak installation.
