This warranty is extended to you on the workmanship (or application) of this service. If such workmanship is proven faulty within 7 years from completion of project, the contractor will, upon notice from you, cause such faults to be corrected by repair at no additional cost to you.

This warranty does not cover the following (but is not limited to); failure due to acts of God, failure due to natural wear and tear, failure due to neglect, proper maintenance of products, or failure due to improper tampering after installation as determined by the contractor. Warranty does not cover caulking for any amount of time.

 

Service under this warranty is available by calling StraightLine Exteriors, along with sending photo and description of the problem via email.

Any trip associated with warranty deemed not the responsibility of StraightLine Exteriors will result in a minimum trip charge of $250.00.
